At Crossroads Frontier Outfitters, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Because many of our products are made to order or handcrafted, please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will gladly work with customers to resolve issues involving:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped by our fulfillment partners
  • Manufacturing errors

To help us review and resolve the issue, we may request photos of the item and packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Returns, replacements, or refunds are generally not available for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues outside of our control

If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, please reach out to us. We'll review each situation individually and do our best to find a fair solution.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on most made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Custom Crocheted Plushies

Custom crocheted plushies are handmade and created specifically for each customer.

Because of the time and materials involved, custom plushie orders are non-refundable once work has begun. Availability may also depend on pattern availability, design complexity, and current workload.

If your custom plushie arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.

Once an item has entered production, we cannot guarantee cancellations, changes, or refunds.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
